Neville Moncrieffe sets the gold standard for longevity at the Royal Companies. Moncrieffe began his tenure with the Royal organization in 1967 and has been contributing to our progress ever since. He was born in Union Pen, Jamaica and moved to Florida when he was 17 years old.
Moncrieffe started his career with us as a cook during the time we housed and fed members of the labor pool for the sugar cane industry. In the off season he would perform facility maintenance until the seasonal workers returned.
Moncrieffe has developed an intimate knowledge of every property we manage. He knows our facilities inside and out. He has the knowledge to address almost any maintenance issue that may arise and the experience to implement a practical solution.
Moncrieffe still cooks for others on a regular basis. If you have a craving for a Caribbean staple or want a suggestion on how to improve your pigeon peas and rice, just ask him. He will be happy to talk.
