We oversee architects, engineers, and strategic advisors who provide development, consulting and project management expertise in the construction of commercial real estate.

Our services include:

• Review plans and construction documentation for project requirements and opportunities for value engineering
• Monitor project schedule and budget
• Prepare and control general contractor bid and contracts process
• Receive and analyze construction proposals and negotiate contracts for client approval
• Develop landlord/building management coordination plan for entire project requirements
• Monitor completion of field inspections
• Conduct punch list inspection with architect and Client
• Approve monthly requests for payment form consultants and vendors
• Assure the coordination of the construction process to be on-time and within budget for our Clients
