Courthouse Square is an office and retail center located in downtown LaBelle with approximately 25,400 square feet of leasable area adacent to State Road 80/Hickpochee Avenue. It is directly across the street from the Hendry County Municipal Complex. Courthouse Square is located in the primary trade center for the area.

Courthouse Square was in 2007 by our in-house project management department and the location has excellent accessibility with eight ingress and egress points, plenty of parking, and visibility. LaBelle means “the beautiful” and is known as “the City of Oaks.” It is located in the heartland of Southwest Florida on the  deep water Caloosahatchee River, also known as the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Caloosahatchee River runs from Stuart, Florida across the state through LaBelle and out to the Gulf of Mexico. LaBelle is located approximately 26 miles east of I-75 and within 45 minutes of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Naples and surrounding areas. The beautiful Old Florida Oaks, which canopy our streets, the country settings and the endless sunsets on the Caloosahatchee are just a few reasons LaBelle is a great place to live and own a business!
