Steve Royal is an industry veteran with over 20 years of commercial property development and management experience. Mr. Royal began his career leasing and managing property for the family business commercial holdings. His work on behalf of the landlord as well as site acquisitions for the family’s fast food and retail divisions provide Mr. Royal with a unique understanding of the needs of both the landlord and the tenant and how they should work in unison.

Mr. Royal holds Bachelor of Art Degrees in History and English from Stetson University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, he is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Person, a charter member of the Business Technology and Education Board of Palm Beach County, and Trustee of the Royal Foundation.
