Eva Searcy was born to a decorated military aviator and has traveled and lived around the world. She graduated from Ferrum College in Virginia, and has a Florida Real Estate Associate License since 2004.

Eva has been with The Royal Companies since May 2006 in our Real Estate Department. Eva interacts directly with prospective and current tenants to achieve maximum occupancy and NOI. She is responsible for the leasing process from introduction to the actual occupancy of the tenant’s for our commercial retail shopping centers. Eva maintains communication throughout the tenancy with the tenant, she handles all phases of the leasing inclusive to prospecting, negotiating new leases, and the drafting of all leases, renewals and options.
