Derik graduated from Auburn University with a BA in Corporate Journalism in 1995. He has been an employee of Royal United Properties Inc. d/b/a The Royal Companies for more than 15 years. . His early work involved the area development of a fast food chain and ultimately the last decade as property manager for the various corporations, limited partnerships and LLC’s. His responsibilities include all aspects of tenant relations, information management, facilities maintenance, vendor administration as well as planning the Royal United Properties Inc. annual picnic.

Derik currently lives in Fort Myers and is based out of the Labelle office. He and Marla Echols are centrally located between all of the managed properties and are prepared to respond to any situation a commercial landlord may encounter. Please contact them to discuss your needs.
